Yes, our pharmacy and medical provider are licensed in all 50 states.

i)  $99 per month that includes doctor visit, and medication shipped to your house. No charge if you do not qualify for medication. 

ii) $129 per month for two medications- Naltrexone and citalopram. 

i) The most common side effects of naltrexone are: nausea and abdominal cramping… both of those resolve after 2-5 days on naltrexone. Drinking plenty of water helps to minimize side effects. In rare cases, a person may become sleepy, feel “cloudy”. 

ii) Citalopram - the most common side effects of citalopram are: GI upset, loose stool, vivid dreams, decrease in libido, delayed ejaculation.

i) Naltrexone. Naltrexone works by decreases cravings for pornography, limits dopamine release for visual sexual stimuli, and increase a peron’s ability to control impulses. This medication does not affect a person’s libido. For that reason it is the more popular of the two medications we offer.

ii) In medical terms: naltrexone is a central acting Mu receptor antagonist, partial antagonist at the kappa and delta receptors.

iii) Citalopram, a common antidepressant medication, is used to decrease pornography cravings by decreasing a person’s libido and decreasing anxiety associated with stopping porn.. Ideal for people that are not currently sexually active. Or who wouldn’t mind a decrease in libido. One helpful side effect, it is used to treat premature ejactulation.

iv) A person that is really motivated to take control of their porn addiction could start on both naltrexone and citalopram.

i) An adult 18 years or older with minimal to no major medical or psychiatric issues. A person that would like to limit or eliminate pornogrphay in their life. A person that has tried and failed to limit or eliminate pornography..

i) In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local Physician, call 911 or go to the closest hospital for immediate care. Do not rely on your online Doctor or Nurse Practitioner for emergency medical care.

i) Naltrexone: A person who is pregnant or breastfeeding, a person that uses an opiate based medication, people with severe depression, suicidal or homicidal ideations. A person with liver abnormalities or under the age of 18 years old. 

ii) Citalopram: A person that is pregnant or breastfeeding, people with severe depression, suicidal or homicidal ideations. A person with hyponatremia, under 18 years old, history of seizures, a bleeding disorder, history of serotonin syndrome. Caution if you are taking any medications that are Protein binding medications, CYP2D6 substrates, SSRIs, SNRI, antidepressants, antipsychotic medications. 

i) Many states allow the doctor or nurse practitioner to review the patient’s medical questionnaire and approve the medication without actually speaking with the patient. Other states require audio and or audio/video consultations. 

i) Naltrexone is FDA approved to treat alcohol use disorder and opiate use disorder. Naltrexone is an ingredient in an FDA approved weight loss medication. Naltrexone is not FDA approvbed to treat pornography addiction, internet sex addiction, sex addiction, problematic pornography use, it has shown some efficacy in treating said conditions or similar conditions. This has been documented in peer reviewed medical journal articles. 

ii) Citalopram is FDA approved to treat depression. Citalopram is not FDA approved to treat pornography addiction, internet sex addiction, sex addiction, problematic pornography use, it has shown some efficacy in treating said conditions or similar conditions. This has been documented in peer reviewed medical journal articles.

i) We can offer sertraline as a replacement for citalopram.

i) If you are taking an opiate medication, you are not a good candidate for naltrexone treatment. We can offer citalopram or sertraline medication to treat problematic pornography use.
